   • You have the right to opt-out of receiving communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications.
3. Liability:
   • Attendees assume all risks incidental to the event, including injury and damage, and agree to release the organizers, performers, sponsors, and their representatives from any claims related to the event.
   • The festival is not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
4. Event Changes:
   • Cannabis Countdown reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or format without prior notice. Such changes will not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or compensation.
5. Recording and Photography:
   • Attendees may be photographed or recorded as part of the festival experience. By attending, you consent to be included in such recordings without compensation.
   • Unauthorized recording of performances using professional equipment without the express permission of the festival organizers is strictly prohibited.

   • Attendees agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions put in place by the festival organizers and local health authorities.
